To read PDF file documents, you will need Acrobat Reader 3.0 (or higher) or a PDF viewer. You can download a free copy of Acrobat Reader.

PowerPoint Files
PowerPoint files are a type of slide show that you can view on your computer. It requires Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer. You can download the viewer here. Once you have installed the viewer and opened a presentation, you can go to the next slide by clicking on the screen or pressing the space bar. To end the show you can click on the right mouse button and select End Show.
