What is the VA Heartland Network?
The Veterans Administration Health Administration System is divided into 21 regions across the United States, each region is also referred to as a Veterans Integrated Service Network or VISN. The VA Heartland Network or VISN 15, provides health care services to veterans in Kansas and Missouri, as well as parts of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Arkansas. Veterans in the VA Heartland Network are able to seek quality medical treatment, care and service from eight medical centers, 29 outpatient clinics and five Vet Centers.
