VISN 15 - Pharmacy Services

The VISN 15 Pharmacy Benefits Management Program (PBM) is made up of an interdisciplinary group of physicians and pharmacists from VISN 15 facilities. Their mission is to provide the highest quality care by promoting safe, effective and medically necessary use of medications as we provide value-added Pharmaceutical Care Services to our Veterans. The VISN 15 PBM actively monitors all aspects of medication safety and develops monitoring tools to assist providers in the safe and cost-effective utilization of medications.
